What a websitefrom us includes.
Six things every site we build ships with, and none of them are an upgrade.
- 01/
Custom design
Designed for your business rather than dropped into a template. Your sectors, your projects, your words, and a layout that holds up when you add to it in a year.
- 02/
Built and launched
We write the code, we host it, we point the domain and we launch it. There is no handover to a third party halfway through and nobody to chase when something needs changing.
- 03/
Photography and video included
We shoot the site before we build it. That is the difference between a website about a business and a website that shows one, and it is why the two are sold together.
- 04/
Built to be found
Titles, descriptions, headings and structured data written for what people actually search, plus a sitemap and clean URLs. The guides in Insights explain exactly what we do and why.
- 05/
Fast and accessible
Real pictures sized properly, no page that waits on scripts to show its words, keyboard reachable, and readable contrast. The site works on the phone in the ute, not only on the laptop.
- 06/
You own it
The domain, the hosting account and the code are registered in your name and handed to you. If you ever leave, you leave with the website.
How a websitegets built.
- 01/
The brief
Thirty minutes on a call. What the business does, who has to find it, what has to happen when they do, and what the current site gets wrong. You leave the call with the plan.
- 02/
The shoot
Before a page is designed, we photograph and film the business. Real people, real work, real premises. The design is then made for those pictures rather than around a gap where a picture should be.
- 03/
The design
You see the real pages with your real words and your own photographs in them, at the sizes people will read them. Not a mood board, and not a template with your logo dropped on it.
- 04/
The build
We write it by hand, test it on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, and check it with a keyboard. Speed and readable contrast are part of the build rather than a pass at the end.
- 05/
The launch
You see it, click it and sign it off before it goes anywhere. Then we point the domain, submit the site to search engines, and stay on it for the weeks after launch when the small things surface.
What you are handedat launch.
Everything below is yours on the day the site goes live, in your name, with nothing held back as leverage.
- 01The domain, in your nameRegistered to your business, on your account, with you as the owner on the record.
- 02The hosting account, in your nameIn your business’s name with your billing on it, so nothing about the site depends on us staying friendly.
- 03The codeThe whole build, handed over, with the licence to keep using it however you like.
- 04Every photograph we shotThe raw files and the edits, in the sizes the business uses, with the usage rights in writing.
- 05Every video cut we madeThe wide cut, the vertical cuts and the raw footage they came from.
- 06The search plumbingTitles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, submitted rather than just written.
- 07The analyticsSet up on your own account so you can see what people do on the site without asking us.
- 08A walkthroughA recorded run through the site so the person who has to change a phone number can change a phone number.

Two websites,on the record.
The standardswe build to.
Written down so you can hold us to them, on this build and the next one.
01/You own every file.
Raw and edited, delivered to you, with the usage rights written down: print, web, social and paid, with no end date and no extra licence to buy.
02/No stock, no generated imagery.
Every image on your site was shot for you, on a real day, in a real place. Nothing comes out of a stock library and nothing is generated.
03/The site is yours.
The domain, the hosting, the analytics and the code sit in your name and are handed over at launch. Another studio could pick it up tomorrow.
04/You see it before it launches.
Nothing goes live unseen. You read the pages, you look at the edit, and the site launches on the day you say it can.
Questions businesses askbefore a build.
We set the launch date on the brief call and work back from it: the shoot first, then the design you sign off, then the build, then the launch. What decides the date is how quickly words and sign offs come back from your side, so we agree those dates too.
We do, with you, from the brief. You know what the business does better than any writer; we ask the questions, draft the pages, and you edit. Nobody hands you a blank document and waits.
Yes, and most of our builds are exactly that. We keep the URLs that already rank, redirect the ones that change so the traffic follows, and rebuild the rest properly rather than patching what is there.
You do. The domain, the hosting account and the code are in your business’s name and handed over at launch. Nothing is held as leverage and nothing stops working if you go elsewhere.
It is built to be found: titles, descriptions, headings and structured data written for what people actually search, a sitemap submitted at launch, and pages fast enough to be worth ranking. Nobody honest promises a position, so we do not. The guides in Insights explain what we do and why.
Tell uswhat the site has to do.
Thirty minutes on a call. We go through the current site, what it has to do, and come back with a plan and a launch date.
