A performance identity with everyday services.
Wangan Performance combines an interest in Japanese performance cars with servicing and repairs for everyday vehicles. Its website needed to explain that range, including logbook servicing, diagnostics, brakes, tyres and mechanical repairs.
We built the digital design around Wangan’s existing black-and-orange badge. The website work covered the page structure, copy and responsive design, with service information organised around the jobs customers come to the workshop for.
Information before the enquiry.
Service pages sit alongside local-area information, workshop guides and a downloadable roadworthy checklist. The site also presents the people behind the workshop and its existing customer reviews.
These sections give visitors ways to understand the business and explore a service before getting in touch. The workshop’s identity stays visible across the site without getting in the way of the information.
Carrying the service into the contact form.
A visitor who chooses a service carries that selection into the enquiry form. The form also records a preferred contact method and includes clear confirmation and error messages.
We tested the enquiry process through to email delivery. After launch, refinements covered contact details, opening hours, service priorities and broken service links.
A completed website, with the details connected.
The site was deployed with service pages, reviews and educational content in place. The selected service reaches the contact form, giving the workshop context when an enquiry arrives.

Planning a workshop website.
What should a mechanic or automotive workshop website include?
Start with the services the workshop actually provides, its location and contact details, and a clear enquiry route. Useful guides can explain what customers need to prepare. Wangan’s website brings its service pages, local information and workshop guides together under the existing workshop identity.
How can a service website give the business more useful enquiries?
Carry the service a visitor has selected into the contact form, then ask for the details needed to respond. A visible confirmation tells the visitor their enquiry has been received. For Wangan, the selected service and preferred contact method form part of that enquiry journey.
What should be checked before a workshop website launches?
Check service links, phone numbers, opening hours and the enquiry form on a phone as well as a desktop. Follow a test enquiry through to the receiving inbox. Those practical checks were part of the Wangan website work, alongside refinements to service priorities and contact information.
