We made one commitment early: the photographs, the video and the website are made by the same two people, in house, and none of it waits on an outside supplier. One team carries the whole job, so the site launches with content shot for it and nobody gets to blame the other supplier.
Photography first, because every other channel uses it. Video from the same shoot, because the day is already booked. The website last, because it should launch with content made for it, not stock.

Every shoot and every website is quoted per project against one scoped outcome, so you know exactly what you are paying for before we start. The 30 minute brief is where you get that scope.
