Joseph De Silva
Co-founder · Creative & Growth6 years behind the lens. Started photographing modified cars, fell in love with visual storytelling, and built a signature cinematic style that businesses can't get enough of.
Quit his job in early 2026 to go all-in on VSS. Runs creative direction, paid advertising strategy, systems architecture, and client relationships. The kind of person who'll work until 2am because the colour grade isn't quite right.
Aleece Sorraghan
Co-founder · Operations & ProductionThe operational backbone of VSS. Manages client scheduling, production coordination, financial management, and ensures every project runs on time and on budget.
Also a skilled editor and second shooter, Aleece brings structure and precision to a creative business. When she's not managing shoots, she's editing in DaVinci Resolve or planning the next content calendar.
