A new drop, photographed for the store.
444racingco came to Visual State through one of Joseph’s automotive contacts. The brief was specific: create website imagery for each product in the brand’s upcoming drop.
The shoot needed to show the range clearly while retaining its connection to motorcycle culture. We photographed garments, accessories and packaging, then built arrangements and directed on-body photographs for the wider campaign.
Black fabric, reflective graphics and a white studio.
The white studio setting gave the black garments a clear outline. Red, white and reflective graphics remained prominent, with the clothing itself carrying the brand’s visual identity.
Product views showed individual items. Detail photographs concentrated on materials and graphics, while the on-body images showed how the garments sat when worn. The resulting library covered different decisions a customer makes when looking through a clothing range online.
Dark fabric under bright studio lighting needed careful retouching. We cleaned visible lint locally while preserving the fabric texture, seams and reflective details.

The photographs went into the product listings.
Images from the shoot were used across the brand’s online store, including its reflective hoodie listing. The final delivery gave 444racingco product views and campaign photographs from the same production.
Planning an apparel shoot.
What photographs does a clothing brand need for an online store?
Plan clear product views, close details and photographs of the clothing being worn. Each answers a different buying question: what is the item, what is it made like and how does it sit on the body? For 444racingco, individual products and packaging sat alongside on-body and campaign photographs.
How do you plan an apparel product photography shoot?
Start with a list of products, colour variations and the images each listing needs. Bring clean, prepared garments and identify details such as embroidery or reflective printing before the shoot. Agree which frames are for product pages and which need space for campaign copy.
Can one product shoot cover ecommerce and campaign imagery?
Yes, when both uses are in the brief. A clear store image and a styled campaign image have different jobs. We planned individual product views and wider campaign compositions together for 444racingco, so the finished collection could serve both.
