01Do I need to understand AI before we start?

No. You know how the work should be done, where it gets stuck and what needs your judgement. We turn that business knowledge into the system and explain every important decision in plain English.

02Will I need to replace all of my current software?

Usually not. We first check the forms, inbox, CRM, job system and other tools you already rely on. We only recommend a change when the current tool cannot support a dependable workflow or the change clearly makes your life easier.

03How much of my time will the build need?

We need focused input at the start, your approval of the rules and time to test real examples. We do not expect you to manage the technical build. The exact time depends on the workflow, and we make your part clear before the project begins.

04What if the system gets something wrong?

We decide the stop points before launch, test normal and unusual cases, and keep a human path for anything uncertain. Important decisions such as final pricing, unusual scope and sensitive customer issues can stay with you.
